The first conversation is an informal call with our Talent Partner. This is a chance to get to know each other, talk through your goals, and learn more about the role, the team, and how we work. It’s designed to be two-way: we want you to feel just as clear about us as we do about you.

  1. Skills & Team Interview

Next, you’ll meet some of the people you’d be working with. Depending on the role, this could be a portfolio walkthrough, coding challenge, or strategy case study. These sessions focus on how you think, solve problems, and collaborate. They also give you a feel for our team culture and how we approach challenges together.

  1. Final Chat & Offer

The last step is a conversation with the hiring manager or department lead. Here, we’ll align on expectations, answer your deeper questions, and, if everything feels right on both sides, move quickly to extend an offer. We aim to wrap this stage up within 24–48 hours so you’re never left waiting.
