About the role
As Saturn’s Staff Product Designer, you’ll lead the design vision across our AI platform. You’ll mentor other designers, refine systems, and ensure every pixel reflects clarity, precision, and purpose.
What you'll do
Drive the design direction across all product touchpoints.
Oversee design system evolution and consistency.
Collaborate deeply with PMs and engineers to execute vision.
Lead design critiques and elevate overall quality.
Balance hands-on execution with strategic leadership.
Who you are
6+ years of experience in product design (SaaS/AI tools).
Expert in interaction design, UX strategy, and visual storytelling.
Experience mentoring teams and scaling design systems.
A thinker and doer who loves detail and craft.
